If you are or were a member, customer or enquirer of our gym, salon or spa, you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversations with us.
How to ask
- Email sujitagarwal8896@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
- Tell us your name and the mobile number you use with us (the one you message us from on WhatsApp), and which business you dealt with: Streamline Fitness, Cut & Style salon or The Zen Aura Spa.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.
What happens
- We delete or anonymise your member, customer or enquiry record and the WhatsApp conversations we kept, within 30 days of confirming your request.
- We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as invoices and payment records for tax and accounts. These are kept only for that purpose.
- We confirm to you by email when it is done.
Stop messages only
If you only want us to stop sending WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to any message. We will not message that number again.
