Streamline Fitness Private Limited ("we", "us") runs the Streamline Fitness gym at Kasavanahalli, Bangalore. This policy explains what personal information we keep about gym members and people who enquire about membership, why we keep it, how we use WhatsApp to contact you, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. What information we keep
- Members: your name, mobile number, the membership pack you bought, order numbers, pack start and end dates, and the notes our staff make about your membership (for example when we last spoke to you).
- Enquiries and leads: your name, mobile number, how you heard of us, and notes from our conversations with you.
- WhatsApp messages: the messages we send to you, whether they were delivered or read, and the replies you send to our WhatsApp number.
- Payments: we keep a record that a payment was made for your membership. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
We get this information from you directly (at the gym, on the phone or on WhatsApp) and from the membership platform through which you bought your pack, such as Cult.fit.
3. Why we use it
- To manage your membership: records, pack end dates and renewals.
- To contact you about your membership, such as a reminder that your pack is ending, and to follow up on enquiries you made.
- To keep our accounts and meet legal and tax requirements.
- To answer you when you reply to us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
4. WhatsApp messages
We send messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. Meta processes the messages to deliver them, under its own terms and privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). We only send to people who have given us their number as a member or enquirer. Message content stays between us, you and WhatsApp.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. We will not message that number again. You can also email us at the address above.
5. Who can see your information
- Our own authorised staff, through a password-protected system, according to their role.
- Service providers that host our systems and deliver our messages (cloud hosting and database services, and WhatsApp/Meta), only as needed to run them for us.
- Authorities or advisers (for example our accountants), where the law requires it or where we need advice on our accounts.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a member or an active enquiry, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our accounts, to resolve questions, or to meet legal obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Keeping it safe
Our systems are protected by logins and access limited by role, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to fix problems quickly.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our messages at any time. Email sujitagarwal8896@gmail.com from the address or tell us the mobile number you used, and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once it is operating.
9. Children
Our gym memberships are for adults. If a member is under 18 we deal with their parent or guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information we will update this page and its date. This is the version dated 13 October 2026.
