Streamline is the business software of Streamline Fitness Private Limited ("we", "us") and of our sister business Streamline Wellness (the Cut & Style salon and The Zen Aura Spa). It is used by our owners and staff to run our gym, salon and spa: sales, payments, payroll, purchases, stock, member and customer follow-up, and WhatsApp messaging. These terms explain how it may be used.
1. Who may use it
Accounts are created by the owner for our own staff and advisers. There is no public sign-up. You must keep your login private and use the system only for our business, within the access your role gives you. The owner can switch an account off at any time.
2. WhatsApp messaging
- We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, and follow the WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- We message only people who gave us their number as members, customers or enquirers. We honour a STOP reply straight away and do not message that number again.
- Staff may use the system to read and answer WhatsApp conversations with members, customers and enquirers on our business numbers. Messages must be honest, relevant to our services, and must not harass, mislead or send anything unlawful.
3. Your information
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. To ask for your information to be corrected or deleted, see how to request deletion.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the system running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features, or the use of a service such as WhatsApp, at any time, for example when a provider changes its rules.
5. Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the system, or for a provider (such as Meta, our hosting or database providers) being unavailable or changing its terms.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms by changing this page and its date. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction.
